In order to properly provide the Services, Trip Promoter may share the User's Personal Data with the Promoters, and with Third Party Providers of the Services related to the Trip. TRIP PROMOTER shall not be responsible for the information shared by Third Party Providers to third parties.
TRIP PROMOTER will keep the Personal Data provided by the User during the term the User uses the Website and/or the Services.
Upon termination of the Partiesˈ relationship, for whatever reason, TRIP PROMOTER reserves the right to keep the aforementioned information until the end of the purpose of its processing. After the aforementioned term, TRIP PROMOTER will proceed to delete the Personal Data.
TRIP PROMOTER will use the information provided by the Users and the information collected by TRIP PROMOTER in case it is requested by courts, or national or international state bodies that require and request it appropriately.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, considering that the Internet is an open, publicly accessible system, TRIP PROMOTER cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties could not eventually overcome the security measures and use the User's information inappropriately.
TRIP PROMOTER reserves the right to transfer the information collected in the event of a sale or merger of TRIP PROMOTER, or an acquisition of TRIP PROMOTER's main assets, or any other kind of transfer from TRIP PROMOTER to another entity and/or between TRIP PROMOTER entities. Notwithstanding any other provision in the Privacy Policy to the contrary, TRIP PROMOTER may disclose certain personal information of the User, when it believes in good faith that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to:
