These privacy policies (hereinafter, the "Privacy Policies") apply to the use of personal data and information (hereinafter, "Personal Data" or "Data") that users (hereinafter, "Users" or "User") and content creators or influencers (hereinafter, "Promoters" or "Promoter") enter on the website trippromoter.com (hereinafter, the "Website" or the "Platform"), developed by BUENTOUR S.A.S., a legal entity with legal domicile at Faro Punta Lobos 326, Rada Tilly, Chubut Province, Argentina, CUIT N° 30-71610859-3 (hereinafter, "tripPromoter").
The Platform is a digital space that allows Users to access personalized travel itineraries created by Promoters. Through the Website, Users can acquire recommendations and tourist experiences, developed by Promoters who share their knowledge and monetize their work (hereinafter, the "Services").
The consent that Users and Promoters provide regarding these Privacy Policies will be interpreted in full and without reservations.
BEFORE BROWSING AND/OR USING THE PLATFORM, PLEASE READ THESE PRIVACY POLICIES AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THEM, YOU MUST REFRAIN FROM USING THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES.

All terms not defined in these Privacy Policies will refer to what is described in the Platform's terms and conditions, under the URL: https://trippromoter.com/es/terms-and-conditions (hereinafter, the "Terms and Conditions").
The responsible for processing Users' and Promoters' Personal Data is tripPromoter, who, as the owner of the Platform, will process such Data in accordance with these Privacy Policies and applicable regulations.
Users and Promoters authorize tripPromoter to collect information through cookies, tags, and other methods, including data they provide when registering or using the Platform and Services, in accordance with these Privacy Policies. The collection of information allows offering the personalization of their experience on the Platform to suit their needs.
tripPromoter may, through the Platform, request the following Personal Data from Users and Promoters: i) first and last name; ii) email address; iii) contact phone; iv) date of birth; and other data that Users or Promoters voluntarily provide to access the Platform. The User or Promoter must verify that the Data made available to tripPromoter are accurate, precise, and true.
To optimize the provision of the Service, comply with this Privacy Policy, and carry out marketing actions, including "retargeting" and "remarketing" campaigns, tripPromoter may share certain Personal Data of the User —such as their first and last name— with Promoters and with third-party tourism service providers related to the contracted offer. This data communication will be carried out under conditions that guarantee confidentiality, limited use to the specified purposes, and compliance with applicable personal data protection regulations
The Platform may use tracking technologies, commonly known as "cookies", which is information that web servers store on your hard drive. The purpose of cookies includes, but is not limited to, personalizing the information service of this Platform, providing the User or Promoter with information that may be of interest to them, obtaining data such as browser type and operating system, metrics, and geographical location to understand how visitors use this Platform. Cookies also help us adjust this Platform to your personal needs.
Through the information collected in cookies, tripPromoter may improve the Platform, for example, through estimates about usage patterns and/or the adaptation of the Platform to the individual interests of Users and Promoters.
tripPromoter considers it extremely important that Users and Promoters be informed about which cookies are set on the Platform and the reason for their configuration. In this regard, tripPromoter informs that it will use the following cookies:

tripPromoter will only use those cookies to which Users or Promoters have voluntarily given their consent through the cookie banner on the Platform. If, after obtaining the User's or Promoter's consent, tripPromoter makes a change in the cookies or in their purposes of use, tripPromoter will request consent again from them.
tripPromoter will store and use the information provided by Users and Promoters, as well as that collected by the Platform, for the time necessary to fulfill the analysis purposes established in these Privacy Policies.
Any person who has provided personal contact information through the tripPromoter Platform may send an email to info@trippromoter.com to update, delete, and/or correct their personal contact information. tripPromoter will respond to such request within 10 (ten) days following its receipt via email.
For the proper provision of Services, tripPromoter may share the User's or Promoter's Personal Data with Promoters and tourism service providers. tripPromoter will require third-party providers to guarantee adequate levels of protection, but will not be responsible for acts that exceed the contracted processing and are carried out without instruction or authorization.
tripPromoter will retain the Personal Data granted by Users and Promoters during the period in which they use the Platform and/or Services.
Once the relationship between the User or Promoter and tripPromoter ends, for whatever reason, tripPromoter reserves the right to retain the mentioned information until the purpose of its processing is completed. After the mentioned period, tripPromoter will proceed to delete the Personal Data.
tripPromoter will use the information provided by Users and Promoters and collected by tripPromoter if requested by courts, or national or international state agencies that require it and request it in the appropriate form.
Solely for the purposes of fulfilling the purposes established in these Privacy Policies, providing the Services and improving their quality, and carrying out marketing actions such as retargeting and remarketing campaigns, tripPromoter may disclose Personal Data and/or personal information to Promoters and third parties such as tourism service providers.
Such communication may involve the transfer of Personal Data to jurisdictions outside the country where they were collected. In these cases, tripPromoter commits to adopting reasonable measures to ensure that such third parties offer adequate levels of personal data protection, in accordance with applicable regulations. In case of international transfers. Additionally, tripPromoter may enter into contractual agreements with standard clauses or equivalent instruments that guarantee the protection of the Data.
By accepting this Privacy Policy, the User gives their express and informed consent for the assignment and international transfer of their Personal Data, even to countries that do not have equivalent levels of protection, to the extent that such transfer is necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes established here.
Although the Platform and Services are not directed at minors, in case any minor has access to them, their use must be supervised by parents, guardians, or legal representatives. The Platform and/or Services are only allowed for those who are of legal age to contract and are not legally inhibited or in any way prevented from exercising legal acts, rights, and/or obligations. Given this, minors under 18 years of age are not allowed to enter the Platform and/or use the Services, nor to provide any Personal Data or any other type of information.
tripPromoter has adopted reasonable security measures to protect Users' and Promoters' information and prevent unauthorized access to their Data or any unauthorized modification, disclosure, or destruction of the same. The information collected by tripPromoter or provided by the User or Promoter will be maintained in strict confidence. Access to Personal Data is restricted to those employees, contractors, tourism service providers, operators, and representatives of tripPromoter who need to know such data to perform their functions and develop or improve the Services.
Notwithstanding the above, considering that the internet is an open system, of public access, tripPromoter cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties may not eventually overcome the security measures and use the User's or Promoter's information in an improper manner.
tripPromoter reserves the right to transfer the collected information in case of sale or merger of tripPromoter, or of an acquisition of tripPromoter's main assets, or any other type of transfer of tripPromoter to another entity and/or between tripPromoter entities. In such case, tripPromoter must adopt reasonable measures to ensure that such information is used in a manner consistent with the Privacy Policies.
In relation to the processing of Personal Data, the User or Promoter has the right to request from tripPromoter:
For these purposes, the User or Promoter must send their request by sending an email with the subject "Access to Personal Data" to info@trippromoter.com. tripPromoter may require such User or Promoter to identify themselves, which may be verified by tripPromoter, as well as to specify the Personal Data to which they wish to access, rectify, or remove.
tripPromoter may reject the processing of requests that are unreasonably repetitive or systematic, that require disproportionate technical effort, that endanger the privacy of the User or Promoter, or that are considered impracticable, or for which it is not necessary to access the Data.
The service to be provided for access to the aforementioned rights will be provided by tripPromoter free of charge, except in case it requires disproportionate or unreasonable effort, in which case an administration fee may be charged.
The holder of the Personal Data has the faculty to exercise the right of access to them free of charge at intervals not less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is proven for this purpose as established in article 14, paragraph 3 of Law No. 25.326. The National Directorate of Personal Data Protection, control body of Law No. 25.326, has the attribution to attend to complaints and claims that are filed in relation to non-compliance with the rules on personal data protection.
The User or Promoter can access their data at any time by sending an email to info@trippromoter.com.
In case the User or Promoter considers that their rights have been violated under the current personal data protection laws, they will have the faculty to exercise the right of access, portability, rectification, or removal to the applicable authority according to the country where you are located and in accordance with the procedures and forms that these authorities determine in each case.
THE HOLDER OF THE PERSONAL DATA HAS THE FACULTY TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF ACCESS TO THEM FREE OF CHARGE AT INTERVALS NOT LESS THAN SIX MONTHS, UNLESS A LEGITIMATE INTEREST IS PROVEN FOR THIS PURPOSE AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE 14, PARAGRAPH 3 OF LAW NO. 25.326 OF THE ARGENTINE REPUBLIC. THE ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY (IN THE ARGENTINE REPUBLIC, THE AGENCY FOR ACCESS TO PUBLIC INFORMATION, CONTROL BODY OF LAW NO. 25.326), HAS THE ATTRIBUTION TO ATTEND TO COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS THAT ARE FILED IN RELATION TO NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THE RULES ON PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION.

Notwithstanding any other provision to the contrary in the Privacy Policies, tripPromoter may disclose certain personal information of the User or Promoter when it believes in good faith that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to:

tripPromoter may modify the Privacy Policies at any time. New versions of the Privacy Policies will be notified by publishing such new version on the Platform and notified through the contact channels that the User or Promoter declares in their case.
The new version of the Privacy Policies will be presumed known and accepted by Users and Promoters once the notification has been sent and the updated version has been published on the Platform, and the User or Promoter continues to use the Services.
